Many of us long to feel truly seen, accepted, and connected – yet find it difficult to trust, open up, or stay authentic when relating to others.
This group offers a gentle space to explore those patterns and discover new ways of being with yourself and others.
What This Group Offers
Over time, you’ll begin to:
- Understand your relational patterns – how you connect, withdraw, protect, or please.
- Develop trust and allow yourself to be seen as you are.
- Build emotional resilience and confidence in expressing your needs.
- Experience genuine connection and belonging in a safe, supportive environment.
- Find meaning and self-compassion through shared human experience.
This isn’t about fixing yourself – it’s about growing into more of who you are, with others walking a similar path.

The heart behind the group – My experience as Group Facilitator
I trained in Group Facilitation at the Gestalt Centre in London and have facilitated therapy groups with Humankind London, Banbury Therapy Group, and Banbury Therapy Academy. Alongside these, I’ve also organised and led a variety of self-development groups focused on connection, awareness, and personal growth.
My approach to group work is grounded in warmth, authenticity, and curiosity. I believe that healing happens in relationship, when we allow ourselves to be seen, heard, and met with understanding. In the group space, I aim to create a safe, nurturing environment where each person can unfold at their own pace and explore new ways of relating to themselves and others.
How It Works
The group will include up to 5 participants, creating an intimate space where everyone’s voice is heard and valued.
Before joining, you’ll have to commit to a one-to-one session with me to get to know each other and ensure the group aligns with your needs and intentions for therapy.
Sessions take place weekly and are designed to help you explore yourself through connection, dialogue, and shared reflection. While there’s no obligation to stay beyond what feels right for you, lasting change takes time. A longer commitment gives trust the space to settle and allows real transformation to unfold.
