Well-being Coaching: A reflective space where the inner Observer can be brought into awareness. Together, we reflect on all areas of your life and how they shape your wellbeing, helping you uncover insight, perspective, and a deeper sense of clarity and balance.

Session Details:

  • Duration: 1 Hour
  • Fee: £65 per session

Privacy Assurance: Your privacy is of the utmost importance. All sessions are conducted in a confidential setting, where your information and discussions are protected and respected.

Progress Tracking:
Ongoing Evaluation: Together, we will regularly review your progress and adjust our approach as needed. This ensures that the therapy remains aligned with your evolving goals and needs.

Accessibility:
Flexible Access: Where and how you meet matters. You can choose what feels best for you. I offer face-to-face sessions at North Bar House in Banbury, Oxfordshire and online sessions if you prefer the ease and privacy of working from home. Both options are designed to make support accessible, flexible, and comfortable for your needs.
